[Solved]Website loading lasts lond with cpu load on cryptsvc

Hello, I have a newly installed Notebook with windows 10. Firefox is working fine.
Opera itself opens fine, but openig websites last long. Some websites seem to be completely loaded, but barely responding and the circle is still moving. In parallel the service cryptsvc is running at higher cpu usage. When cryptsvc is ready the site is normlally responding. This can take up to 1 minute.
On the old windows 10 installation this always works fine.Does anyone has an idea what causes this problem?

One way to fix this is to create a new account on Windows and delete the old one.

It seems there's an issue with Windows Update corrupting keys in the registry that causes the crypto service to lock up, which affects Chromium-based browsers.
