[Solved]Opera hangs with high CPU load on Youtube

Version is 58.0.3135.107
System is Windows 7 64, 4GB Quadcore 2.4 GHz
Problem is that pages are unresponsive, one task shows 25%, one core is at 100%
Problem occured suddenly some days ago, happens all the time
No recent changes were made to my system, other browsers run fine -
