Opera advertising extensions in browser bar popup

I've noticed since Opera 54 or so, that on visiting some sites (e.g. Amazon, AliExpress), a bar pops down from Opera's title-bar, "suggesting" that the user install the site's extension. This behaviour is annoying and unacceptable, given Opera's anti-ads stance ("With build-in Ad Blocker!!!!!!!") and given that, currently, it seems to happen ad-hoc, and there is no way to block or disable these ads.
Please could you advise or rectify this issue? Many thanks! -

@darthagnon this is really annoying. Please add an Option to disable these ads.

@ceedee
When the Amazon website is visited, the installation of an Amazon extension is offered in the upper right corner. I think @darthagnon and @julimeus mean that:

That's my opinion, too. I also can hardly imagine that Opera's Ad Blocker will be extended by the function of blocking such hints, because that would go far beyond blocking ads in the original sense.
I posted the screenshot just to perhaps help clarify the concern of @darthagnon and @julimeus, and to answer your question.

The Amazon thing is caused by Opera's built-in Amazon promotion component extension. It's intended behavior.

Oops, I didn't know that (and I didn't expect that either). Thanks for the correction.
