Opera takes 30 seconds on each start to connect

Hi. I just changed my main PC browser from Chrome to Opera 58 on my windows 10 x64 operating system. Every time I open Opera and trying to connect any web sites, it says "Sending Request to [the site that I opened]" and makes me wait for about 30 second each time. I tried to disable all addons and reset cache and re-installing that, but the problem didn't solve. Please help me, I don't want to go back to Chrome

Hi, if you have an external security program running (Bitdefender, Eset, Avira, etc.) then disable the html-scan in the security program there. This will scan every web page you visit, will have no advantage and will slow down your system.
Do you have any other external programs running, such as a firewall, not the Windows firewall?
