What is command string to open new label always under an Id=200000036

Hello ,

I have a MASTER LABEL :

[Index 241]

Name=" MASTER "

Id=200000036

All future labels I'm going to open would need to under this "MASTER" label. Please can you show me a right click command to do the job ?

I think below would not work & need some adjust so I need some advice.

Item, "Make New Label" =Delay,100 & Read mail , 200000036 & Delay, 1500 & Delay,100 & New folder
