Bing as start page search

New to Opera and since you seem to know a lot about working on Speed Dial, I have a comment/question. On Opera start up I am able to open the page in Bing. But if I click the + (tab) it brings up Speed Dial and Google. I would like Bing instead. I see by reading the post you can get it to bring up a blank page in place of Google. Instead of a blank page can you write a script so Bing appears each time you get a new tab.
