Black frame around Opera's menu

Hello.

In the latest releases, there's a black board/frame around Opera's menu.

I tried reinstalling and everything that some users mention here, but nothing helped.

Help?

@djdbgr settings > appearance > 'enable dark theme' click to turn it off
