Could you clarify? Looking at the pics of Chrome and Opera, I'm not seeing a difference.

I had an issue similar to that. It turned out that It turned out that might color profile for my display was set to a custom Lenovo one instead of sRGB IEC61966-2.1.
Before fixing it in the system though, I tested it by going to
chrome://flags/#force-color-profile
and forcing an rgb color profile right in the browser. However, someone tried this recently and said that Opera kept changing the setting back to default on them after a restart of Opera. So, the system fix might be the better way.If not that, one can turn off hardware acceleration in
opera://settings/system
and restart Opera to see if it helps. If that does, one might need to update their GPU drivers.Another thing to try is to test in Opera Beta and Opera Developer to see if the issues is already fixed (if it's a bug).

I had issue with colors prevously (couple of months ago)...whole browser window was tinted with reddish color
Instead of changing flags in browsers (Opera and Chrome)
I changed color profile in Win10 settings (previously I had color profile for my monitor)
but this is not that kind of problem...I think
