Waiting for an available socket using VPN

Hi:
I have installed Opera developer 40.0.2267.0 on Windows 10.I have enabled VPN included with Opera
It works ok when I open 7 tabs accessing the same web site. After I open the 8th tab to the same site, the VPN button on the address bar dissapears and it returns the following error in spanish: Esperando por un socket disponible... (Translating is something like: Waiting for an available slot)
Before using VPN included with Opera, I was using a free vpn server available on Internet and I could access 8 and many more tabs to the same site with no problems.
I appreciate your help to solve this problem
