VPN not working after sleep on MacOS

Hello to all!
Everytime I put my mac to sleep (hybernation) and resume, I have to restart opera for VPN to work, it's very annoying.
If not restarted, it just shows "connecting" all the time.
I can't be the only one experiencing this, am I?
