To resolve the sync problem on opera v47

• 1, de-install Opera v47.

• 2, install Opera v46.

• 3, Login account correctly with your Opera credential on v46.

• 4, Add some bookmarks under some favorite tab, and verify the new added on the web page: https://sync.opera.com/web/

• 5, Just upgrade from v46 to v47. See if the sync works normally.
