Can't watch Twitch stream in good quality

Hello!
Can't watch streams on twitch.tv in good quality (above 480p), if i trying to set 720 or higher it start buffering. It happens only on twitch and only with Opera, another platforms are good, easy to watch 1080p. Creating new profile, clearing cache and cookies has no effect. Twitch using HTML 5, so i tried to back flash player, it feels a bit better, but still frequently buffering. It's a bit strangeble.

Try enabling opera://flags/#dynamic-demuxer-selection. Set opera://flags/#autoplay-policy to "no user gesture required" if you want too.
