Opera won't maximize?!

When I maximize opera, I get a weird window. In the first image the the maximize square remain single, and in the second (after opening a new tab) I get the double square but in wrong position. Whats going on?

It happens only on the site:

Using the link and opening a new tab, behaves normally.
