Speed Dial tile disappears

I bookmark my local newspaper site to Speed Dial and the tile keeps disappearing from there and I constantly have to copy it from Bookmarks again and put it back. How can I lock the Speed Dial tiles or how can I stop the tile disappearing and why does it do this?
