you can't...
but it should go away if you don't hovering mouse over video (couple of seconds after)
btw. this is for video popup, on every HTML5 video -

actually...
there is an flag opera://flags/#media-detachable-view to disable it
but that's not permanent solution (flag will be removed at some point in feature builds)
