Opera icon turns red after a successful(!) download

Hi,
after every single successful(!) download the opera icon turns red. The only solution to this problem, according to my humble knowledge, is a restart of Opera.
No, there is not a single broken download in the history.
Question:
How can I disable the highlighting? -

Sorry, now I get it.
There were indeed several broken downloads but all of them were stopped by me. -
