Opera 53.0.2907.68 on Windows 7 32-bit, installed as 'Stand-alone installation (USB)', Language = English (United States):
If a region for a screenshot is larger than my computer's screen, so that I have to scroll for selecting that region, then Opera generates a truncated screenshot on my computer. Since my screen resolution is only 1024x600 (netbook), this happens nearly every time I am trying to take a full page screenshot.
I think that screenshot bug was also meant by 4channer here.
BTW, Firefox 60.x has an option to save a full page screenshot without any manually dragging/resizing which is very handy. Would be nice if Opera could support that feature too.

This affects me and I just reverted to Opera 52 just to verify that this indeed was a regression with Opera 53. Please fix!

The bug also affects me. I'm running Opera version 53.0.2907.99 on ArchLinux, so it doesn't seem to be limited to Opera on Windows
