I can't get pass this this 8 puzzle and of late

hello opera good evening the name is church bracknell I installed opera news and I have been using for quite a while all of a sudden I tried shaking the app which is the usual activity I need to do as to end myself some points of which I did and all of a sudden I was asked to share on facebook I have done that over and over still I'm unable to get any other points I keep getting a message which says I have run out of 10 shakes I have been doing that for quite a while right now I have pending gift I have got 8 points and it's remaining one point to get the Rio car, I have 7 point for the spark techno I have been shaking for as long as I could remember but not getting any whete Futher now the most annoying thing is that when ever I shake I keep getting the same message that I should share on fb and tag @opera which i av done even on my wife's Facebook account over and over so plz I need your help to be able to get things through...

Please find kindly find the attachment of some recent screen shot of the both my Id number and the regular display..

Pls will appreciate a prompt reply as am a very good user of the the platform and will not be nice I get locked out of getting what I have worked hard for..
