Cursor focus on URL field in new tab

Hey there,

It would be really nice if once I open new tab, focus is automatically on the URL field. It only makes sense because one opens a new tab simply to go to a website.

It does focus the address field for me.

Are you referring to opening a new, start page tab with the + button or are you talking about right-clicking on a link in a page, choosing "open in new tab" where the tab opens in the background where you have to click the tab to focus it etc.?

I does not work form when pressing the plus, it does work when using control T
