If I can add some word in address bar in order to make the video playing in V.11.50 ?
Now is showing Youtube page but no button I can click to play even no response if I click on the black area.

Not sure about 11.5. But, in Opera 12.18, it just works. You can try adding &webm=1 to the URL. You can check https://www.youtube.com/html5 in 11.5 to see if it supports webm. I don't remember if it does. It might only support theora + vorbis and I don't know if there's an option on youtube to do that.
You could try hunting down an Opera 11.5 extension that supports forcing flash on youtube.
