Recover Tabs after opera started a new session instead of opening old one.

I normally leave about 30 tabs open and have set opera to open last session so it keeps them whenever I restart. When I opened up opera this morning it loaded only the speed dial page. How can I recover the lost session. I didn't get any error messages last night or this morning and my recent tabs says zero.
Please help.

Your history page. A better approach is to save open tabs as a speed dial folder before you close and then open them up with a few clicks when you start again. It keeps things like this from happening.
The best approach is to use a session manager like Session Buddy. It keeps a running backup of your open tabs for just such an event.

Could it have been a system glitch?
Just had a very similar situation with another browser...
Like either something in the system or an app (like AV) could "take a glitch" or otherwise misbehave to mess something up and/or delete/misplace something "unimportant"...
(Yes, I've had my Chrome's sessions wiped out a couple of times purportedly by my AV.)
