Can not pin web-sites to Opera Taskbar Icon jump-list. As a link is dragged over the Opera Icon the drag symbol changes from a (+) to the slashed-circle indicating a disallowed function. Creating a jump-list works on Chrome, but not for Opera; why?
NOTE: The jump-list function did work in older versions of Opera.
