Opera won't synchronizing

I re-install my PC, install opera and enter my account to synchronizing to return my previous time but is not working.
It's showing Yellow Sign, which mean won't synchronizing and bookmarks, history, passwords, everything.
Please, anything else to fix my synchronizing?
