        Happy Christmas to you too!

First, some time ago I created a YouTube account and started some lists there.
My name is Josh Lincoln if you can find, and the lists there are named like "Music I like", "Music I listen to", etc.
However, mostly those are a bit outdated since I haven't actively used YouTube for a while...
I've got no links for you now, but my music choices may vary from classical to Death Metal, and from Folk to some electronic chillout. From classical, I like Mozart, Vivaldi's "Four Seasons", some B'n'B (Bach and Beethoven;)... From Folk I like some Irish and Celtic music, for instance "Fiddler's Green" (Jim Webb's, not a true folk).
From Oldies, I like "Running Bear" and "Israelites". From Industrial, I used to adore those German guys..
Then it's hugely the Classic Rock compound, Mercy Beat, 60s and 70s, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Jefferson Airplane, Queen, Mark Knopfler, Metallica; In Flames, Rage, Blind Guardian; Sabaton, Finntrol, Juda's Priest:)
There is R.E.M. There is Simon and Garfunkel... โ˜บ

Sleeping in to "Good morning, Jersey!" this morning, I had one of my spectacular dreams and woke up to a song on BBC Radio Jersey, which song was the main theme song of my final dream.
It was about 6:30 GMT, and unfortunately, I did not get any words to google. But I remembered the melody.
It seems to be quite a known song, PopRock genre or something, and the melody is like this: lala-lala-lalalalala lala'lalala! La-la, la-la, la-la, la-la, la-laaaaaaaaaaaa--LA!
Do you know what it is?:)

@joshl, this one (at 33:47)? It would be Billy Joel - The Longest Time ;-)

Nah, "The Longest Time" I remember. It was when I brew my coffee or something, a song or too after that one. That one resembled some kind of football hymn and had pipes on coda.

According to Ashlea Tracey, now listening to the podcast, it wasn't ~6:30, it must've been around 6:15 Zulu.

Well, I knew my dreams might possibly exaggerate things time to time.
It was Rod Stuart and the Rythm of his Heart. Not much pipes... The hymnish vibe seemed to me because in my dream, three lines were sung by the lead singer then the fourth was held by a mighty chorus of hyperactive drunkards, that's possibly why football:)

My dream was epic as usual, by the way.:-D

On the "La la la" songs topic, perhaps you will like Shakira's La La La ft. Carlinhos Brown.

@l33t4opera I'm not that much a fan of Pop, rather PopRock and Anthems.
And YES! there were pipes and there was a chorus there: https://ok.ru/video/95868357198

Lucifer Morningstar "decides to spend some time on Earth to better understand humanity".

This seems like a good start on that matter, regarding that he was "forced" to listen to the Carly Rae Jepsen's ๐ŸŽผ Call Me Maybe in the company of ๐Ÿ‘’ nice ladies, and even ๐Ÿ’ƒ ๐Ÿ•บ danced with them for a while ๐Ÿ™‚

Stumbled upon some "Rolling Stone's list of 500 Best Songs of All Time" yesterday.
A couple of nearly dead surprises, yeah... But the most surprise is that like half of the music I like is not there!..
Decided to look into the Hall of Fame's list next time soon. They've said the Curator's been adding things there...

What started this screw-sade? My frequent "song of the day" - composition playing inside my head usually since my waking up.
"Spirit in the Sky" it was this time. Yes, I usually research things I like, especially those that someone plays in my head in the morning. ๐Ÿ™‚

Personally I am fan of folk music, but today I decided to plunge into nostalgia and listen psychedelic songs of Syd Barrett:
