        I have this problem as well, I have downloaded the latest version of flash (version 28) but I checked on opera to see if it installed because i noticed terrible graphics on online games that used Adobe Flash Player and the version that I saw I was using is version 21 which sucks, I can't seem to update it to version 28. They say this is the only browser that supports Vista so I really need this to work please help me find a solution.

          @gskr1468 - dito here 😉

          2 PC same problem - Opera 49 is the problem.

          Go to the Flash exceptions - add https://* and http://*

            51.02830.0 opera developer update has new option under flash settings

            check option Allow sites to run Flash
            Note : only works as long as browser is opened
            then if ya close and restart browser it goes back to this setting
            Ask first before allowing sites to run Flash (recommended)..
