Are there ways to retrieve deleted Opera 34.0 browsing history?

[Running Windows 10/Opera 34.0] Greetings folks. I accidentally deleted history, cache and cookies of my Opera by running CCleaner without paying much attention. Trying to get back the addresses of the sites from all the open tabs I lost. Is there a way to retrieve the erased history?
My desktop wasn't rebooted since the accident. I saved in a .txt the content of my dns cache I found via ipconfig /displaydns, and so far I've been able to retrieve only some of the addresses, or maybe I'm just reading wrong the results.
I know I have only myself to blame. Thanks in advance for any help!

Unless you have a backup of those files, no.

@xawr Despite too late to reply, actually I´ve found a method you can retrieve your browser history. Go to App\Opera\profile\data and open the file "last session" with Wordpad (I am assuming you are running Windows). You must find there all your browser history from your last session.
Hope this will benefit other people who lost their browsing history due to a system crash or any other reason. Best of luck.
