VPN throws ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING and cancel request if it takes more than 10 sec. The problem is very critial because makes user unable to use sites with large scripts or download big files at all.

My version is 49.0.

Latests version seems to have Speed problems so could be related.
