Slow loading of pages after system start

I have windows 10 (v 1703, build: 15063.786) with all new updates and opera version 49.0.2725.47. The problem is that after system start, loading of pages is very slow. It takes even 3 minutes to load google.ch (others as well). On firefox, edge and chrome everything works ok. I tried to reinstall my opera, disable all addons (I have 3: adblock, ghostery, pocket) but it doesn't help. What can I do with this situation?

Are you using Windows defender?
