Synchronisation Error 'Something Went Wrong'

I'm unable to sign in to Opera and sync my account because I keep getting the error message saying:

'Something went wrong. Synchronization has stopped because of an error. Please sign in again.'

I can't sign in again because I keep getting this error message.

I had to disable LastPass extension and tried to login again, worked for me. Good luck1
