Suggestion: Permanent top of page button

I suggest a permanent top of page button (up arrow) between the Back and Forth buttons. While you're at it, you could make it switch into to go to the bottom of the page (down arrow) if you're currently at the top. Everybody may not want to have this button so you should probably make it optional.
