Sidebar (unpinned) is black since Opera 49

Hey!
When I updated to Opera 49, my sideback suddenly went black instead of clean white looking (as seen on the picture below).
When I switch to dark mode and back to white mode, the sidebar wents white again, but when opening a new tab its back to black again.
Is this a bug or intended ?
