[BETA][BUG] Bookmark bar showing each time I bookmark a page

When I press the heart while browsing any page, the bookmarks bar appears with the "Add your first bookmark by using the heart in the address bar... or Import bookmarks now"
I have the bookmarks bar empty and hidden, but it appears each time I bookmark a page. I don't want to happen each time. I know there's a bookmark bar and I don't want to use it. Stop nagging me!

@acerswap Yes already reported by many here and in the blog. I wouldn't call it a bug necessarily, more an unfinished test... From the changelog: "DNA-64807 Add new opauto test for showing bookmarks bar on adding a bookmark"
