Unable to revoke access to integrated messengers

Hi,
I wanted to open Facebook Messenger in the sidebar, and then go to the settings to revoke the permissions I had to grant, to see if this worked. There is no way I'm keeping these permissions granted to them.
Unfortunately, I didn't find them in the "Manage exceptions" section in the settings, so I was wondering if there was a way to do so without reinstalling everything (and even then I am not sure it would work).
Actually, I have no idea why these permissions are required since the website itself doesn't need them. This is just terrible design.
