Opera Mini Not Blocking Ads on Any Site

I see other users reporting about the ad content on the home screen. My ad block function on webpages isn't working. It isn't a setting. When I reload the screen the ads usually disappear. When I click a link to go to another page, the ads on that page appear. When I reload the screen again, they disappear.

This has gotten a lot better over the last couple of days. I haven't had any issues.
