Opera 34 animated themes in windows 10

i saw animated themes like a week ago ..so happy, but i noticed something, display will not turn off on specified time, at the beginning i though is something with my computer but all was ok with it...somehow i though to change the theme with a ordinary theme and surprise turn off display is working again ..., i am not sure if this issue is only in windows 10 or not and by the way there is some setting around it s the display will turn off when i have animated theme active ?

It's probably because both the GPU and CPU are being kept active enough to not allow the screen to be turned off
