i have been using opera since yesterday only , so by by default it has any proxy setting
i have noticed on few sites i get message proxy login detected , so why i it so , i have checked VPN is not enabled

I think you're having other issues, things not related to Opera. Opera can use a proxy by default, but only the one already set up on your system. So it won't act like a proxy of its own.So if there are websites complaining about this then you might want to check the health of your system. Is it possible you caught a virus or some malware?

this prolly won't help, but check Internet Options Go to the tab called connections look for lan settng click it and then make sure no one has checked that box recently to use a proxy.. if the box is checked then uncheck..

i am using it right now
Turbo is a proxy. Traffic using Turbo gets specially routed through Opera's servers for data compression in order to speed it up (hence "turbo").
