Animation not working in Opera 48

Yesterday I checked a web page on one of my sites and saw that an animation is not showing up in Opera 48.0.2685.52. https://greatwebdesign.uk/starter-package-websites/
If you visit the same page in Safari or Chrome you will see an image slide in from the left after you scroll down the page a little. In fact I'm sure it worked fine on older versions of Opera as well.
Any ideas what is wrong here? I don't think it's something I can fix at my end.

I've now seen this on other sites as well, so I've reported it as a bug.

This is still wrong with Opera 49, however I believe the problem may be associated with Rocket Loader in CloudFlare. It doesn't cause any problems with Safari though.
