Warum gibt nach inzwischen 6 Versionen immer noch keine richtige Sync funktion wie in Opera 12?

Because not having high priority?
Opera Link was buggy in the past, syncing Mini and Opera 12 had often problems.
Now missing sync between Mini, Android and Opera 12. -

Sync between Opera Mobile 11 and Opera 12 works pretty fine for me - what are those bugs you mentioned?
