Add Exceptions feature to Opera Turbo

So, I tried the Spotify Web Player and it kept giving me an error message and prompting to reload. I came across a post on this forum with the same issue. So, disabling Opera Turbo did the trick... I noticed Opera Turbo is an all or nothing approach. Maybe have an exceptions feature for Opera Turbo, so sites that aren't compatible (for whatever reason) may load correctly.

And add same feature for VPN or with ability for per-tab VPN (and Turbo) usage. For example, if I'm watching Netflix, but I want to use VPN for some other webpage, it'll disconnect me from Netflix because it detects a proxy.

So, I'd exclude Netflix from VPN (or Turbo), but keep it enabled for everything else. Or simply be able to do this between individual tabs.

Agree with zangetsux7 - I'm here because I had the same, identical issue.
Would prefer to have Turbo switch on, but must toggle (painfully) when I want to use Spotify.
