Turn off the scrollbars

I propose to make an option in the browser settings, which allows to disable the scrollbars - horizontal and vertical.
Firstly, they are too wide and constantly cut eyes. Especially uncomfortable watching the video on YouTube. Secondly, who uses scrollbars? Really, mouse wheel is not enough?
I do not think that I'm the only one who are experiencing inconveniences from scrollbars. On the Internet, many people ask questions: "How to remove the scrollbars?", including "how to remove the scrollbars in Opera?".
Definitely, the option to disable the scrollbars will not be superfluous.

I would be fine it were an option. I like and use scroll bars (and was pissed when Apple made them little narrow things and like IOS). Choices make everyone happy. That is the kind of customization programs should have, as opposed to silly themes and backgrounds.

Secondly, who uses scrollbars?
Me uses. Not even for scrolling (PgUp/Down keys are much better), but mostly to know, how long a page is and where on a page current viewpoint is located.
Not that I oppose such option - I'm always in favour of flexibility.
