Virtual Desktop support with Win10

So basically, I use Win10 virtual desktops to help me compartmentalise my work (I'm often doing 4+ things at the same time), however if I am on desktop4 and I open Opera on it, it'll switch back to desktop2 where opera is opened and open a new tab. Not very helpful.
How can I change the default behaviour to open a new window?

Right Click Opera shortcut in startmenu or taskbar and click "NEW WINDOWS"

i think you can make the ShortCut by adding --new-window on its command
