[Solved]Imported Bookmarks from Firefox not appearing
-

I imported my bookmarks and passwords from Chrome some time ago and a box shows up under "imported bookmarks" of these Chrome items.
I have just imported my bookmarks and passwords from Firefox, but they do not show as a similar Firefox box under "Imported bookmarks". There is no indication that these Firefox details have actually come over. I did get a message of successful completion after the import.
Would somebody kindly explain why they are not showing up like the Chrome imports ?
Thank you. -

I found I had to remove my master password in firefox in order to import my passwords. Opera doesn't seem to have a master pwd system (correct me if I'm wrong), and it wouldn't know what you firefox master pwd is anyway in order to access the passwords list.

I do not have a master password in p[era or Firefox. When I use the Opera Import to get the Firefox data, a message says that it was successful, but there is no sign of the bookmarks. I simply cannot find them in Opera.

Try this.

I opened Firefox and exported all bookmarks to an HTML file on my desktop. I then opened Opera and imported this HTML file.
IT WORKED ! All Firefox bookmarks are now on Opera.
