Just upgrade and all menu bar appears like disabled, are lighted when pass over with mouse but it s difficult to see anything.

Situation is still present (if not worse) in Opera Developer 46.0.2573.0

Ubuntu did an update for Opera today to this version : 45.0.2552.881 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS (x86_64; Unity).My menu items went from light gray or cyan on white to black on white.

Highlights
We fixed some UI issues on Linux: O-menu elements are more visible again and the menu is positioned correctly. Plus, the context menu does not have a black border anymore
