Opening to home page

Is there a way to have opera open to my home page and not speed dial?. Also want add one to delete cookies

In the new Opera 32 it's now possible. First, go to your page in Opera and click the plus button in the address bar. Then click the 'Add to home screen' button and add the page to your home screen. An icon will be added to your home screen with the title you entered, this page will take you directly to your home page.
