Problem with streaming webcam

If I try to access the streaming webcam in Yellowstone National Park with Opera, when it animates, the video frame is covered with an array of play buttons. The site is here:
https://www.nps.gov/features/yell/webcam/oldFaithfulStreaming.htmlWhy does that happen? Is there any way to prevent it?

I am unable to reproduce.
The video controls should disappear a couple of seconds after keeping your mouse still. If not the case, consider doing a full refresh (CTRL+F5) on the page.

I just tried experimenting with my extensions, and it was a script in Violentmonkey that was doing it. I have now set that script not to be used with that page. The script dims down pages to turn white to grey. I cannot even begin to figure out why that would copy the play button.

That is all right. It may be a good idea to inform the maintainer of that script as well.

I am not sure how to do that. There does not seem to be any contact link for that script author.

Even searching the script's name in Google?

I tried that (StartPage, not Google, but same idea), and could not even find the script that way, let alone its author.
