Flash not working, it says: Right-click to play Adobe Flash Player

Flash seems to have just stopped working.

In the flash element is says: Right-click to play Adobe Flash Player

When I right click on it in the menu it just has:

Adobe Flash Player (Grayed out - Not clickable)
Inspect Element

Here are my settings:

Version: 32.0.1948.25 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 10 64-bit (WoW64)

In Opera Plugins page it shows flash as enabled

I have uninstalled Opera and reinstalled Opera
I have uninstalled flash and reinstalled flash
I have uninstalled flash and installed the labs Flash 19 PPAPI version

None of this has made any difference. Flash does work in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. Any ideas of what else to try?
