Helps to disable the flag # media-windows-mf-demuxer

At the Opera Stable 43.0.2442.1144 (PGO) x64, this problem does not arise

I uploaded a video to a Google disk, which shows the problem with playing music, but I could not include it in Opera Developer 45.0.2531.0 (PGO) x64, in order to preview before sending it here. When the # media-windows-mf-demuxer flag is turned off, the video is played.
