Works fine here with Windows 8.1 and Opera 31. Maybe one of your extensions is causing a problem. Try it in a private window.

Could also be that your system is missing a codec needed for that video. Its an .mp4 video and uses the H264 for video encoding and AAC for audio encoding.

Hi @babogredac, I read here, that you have Windows 7 version N, and if so, then to be able to play videos encoded with H264 codec, try to install the "Media Feature Pack" for Windows 7 N/KN, and see if this helps.
