Can't use USAA online bill pay

Win 10, Opera version 42.0.2393.137
I can no longer use the online bill pay for USAA because the payment accounts are not visible. I have used it in the past with no problem. Have contacted USAA and there is nothing they can do on their end as other browsers are functioning as they should.
