How to activate tab switcher functions? I don't see option for it. Has it been removed?

Nevermind, i have downloaded Opera on my tablet and it automatically have selected the 'tablet' app layout which doesn't seem to have 'tab switcher' option. Haven't been using Opera for awhile.
